Zürich, Switzerland – 11 March 2025 – Anapaya and Litecom AG are proud to announce a strategic partnership to expand SCION-based secure connectivity as part of the soon-to-be-launched Secure Swiss Utility Network (SSUN). As a secondary SCION provider, Litecom AG will play a key role in delivering resilient, sovereign, and secure networking solutions to Switzerland’s most critical industries.

The SSUN is a pioneering initiative designed to provide energy and utility companies with secure, highly available, and controlled connectivity, ensuring the uninterrupted operation of Switzerland’s vital infrastructure. Through this partnership, Litecom AG will offer SCION access first to energy and utility companies, reinforcing the network’s resilience and security.

In a second phase, Litecom AG will extend SCION connectivity to customers in the financial and public sectors, further enhancing Switzerland’s digital sovereignty and cybersecurity posture. By leveraging Anapaya’s SCION-based solutions, Litecom AG will empower businesses with a next-generation, attack-resistant networking framework that guarantees data integrity, compliance, and operational continuity.

"Our partnership with Litecom AG is another step forward in making SCION the de facto standard for secure networking in Switzerland," said Martin Bosshardt, CEO of Anapaya. "By joining forces, we are ensuring that more critical industries—which now includes energy and utilities—have access to a network that is not only resilient and sovereign but also designed for the future of secure digital communication."

"As a leading Swiss telecom provider, we are committed to delivering the highest levels of security and reliability to our customers," said Stephan Benz, CEO of Litecom AG. "With SCION, we can provide industries with a networking solution that eliminates risks such as BGP hijacking and DDoS attacks while maintaining full control over data paths. We are excited to be part of the SSUN and to expand secure connectivity to financial and public sector organizations in the next phase."

This partnership between Anapaya and Litecom AG marks a major milestone in the adoption of SCION and the deployment of secure, sovereign networks for Switzerland’s most critical industries.
